1st step: snap your passport via phone(set the camera 1st)after that resize the image to 275 X 314 dimension.
2nd step: goto any waec office,bank or commercial centres where you can purchase this waec gce registration scratch card
3rd step: login to registration.waecdirect.org via your operamini browser (try to read the steps in the page because it will help you so much but press #8 and untick the mobile view so that it will show as desktop view i.e showing that you're registering via computer)
4th step: click on register now! And follow the instructions! After filling the form, please do not click on the submit form,just save it and review it before submitting it to abstain 4rm mistakes!...after reviewing it just click on the SUBMIT BUTTON and save....
then goto a cyber cafer,login with ur created username and password and then click on PRINT PHOTO CARD! Dats all !!
NOTE:- The above steps were tsested on some Nokia & Sony Ericcson phones using operamini or ucweb and it worked.
